Facilities

Aeromodelismo Osca Club it´s located at Igriés ( Huesca ) in an area known as “ El saso” just next to the Igriés Militar grown facility.

The whole Club area is 2,5 Has. well distributed in 2 specific zones. The flight area wich has a 1,5 Has. with a rectangular shape mostly orientated for the dominat winds ( west-east ) and the second area is our big capacity parking lot ready to house all the guests and out town pilots wich gather togheter for specific flight events.

On the flight zone we have asphaltated 2 spectacular runways with a 29/11 orientation and with a paralel design. The first one has a 160x11 grown surface and the second one a 200x15 grown surface dimention.  

This 2 runways are well connected in between by a few smaller runways designed for airccrafts taxi and also  safe connected to boxes and the rest of the Club.

The boxes area has a 60 mts  long per 6 mts width ( 360 mts2 ) also with a nice and safe roof protection for our guests, pilots, aircrafs and vehicles.

We also have a solar power zone especially constructed for flight events control that gives 12 volts power flow that facilitates and improves the charging process.

We enhanced the Club boxes and installations with a 3 fully loaded angars that serves as a temporary tools and air models deposit. We are planning a further construccion of 3 more angars due to the dinamic increase of new members.

As a social location we have a 30 mts2 building constructed with rustic materials wich is equiped with a pilots meeting zone, american style kitchen, w.c. and a fantastic fire place for winter time and just next room we have the cellar place for the deposit of work and maintenance tools, then a big outdoor solarium and the solar power zone.

Just surrounding the Club we enjoy a fantastic landscape of great pines, different trees and tipical crops that also gives you quite a nice shadow for summer time.

We also offer potable water and a small shower divise just to cool of a bit that summer heat.
